More powerful how? Both the PS4 Pro and Xbox X make games 'play better' you can still play the game on an original PS4 or Xbox.

This isn't weird. You can even choose to show Xbox buttons for a lot of PC games like FFXIV. These are more "windows" buttons than Xbox at this point. Also, it's likely Anthem was intended to be full multiplat, so those button icons were already in there, but Sony bought exclusivity at some point.

They used footage of a game with nice graphics and wanted to use it for promoting their own machine and its power and it turns out EA just photoshopped the Playstation Buttons over Xbox footage to make it look like it's Playstation footage. I'm fairly certain shit like this happens all the time, because I don't believe anyone in a marketing department gives enough of a fuck to actually get the actual real footage of each console to do that promotional material, but it's still funny because it must be embarrasing as hell for Sony
