Good. These games have had a strangle hold on me for nearly three years of my life. It started off as a small pass time, I played the first game and reminisced about running in fear from the monstrosities on stage at Chuck E Cheese's, and theorized about the small bits of the story that we weren't outright given. And then a sequel came out, and I was excited. I theorized heavily about every little detail Scott had given us, the purple man, the marionette, the minigames, everything. And then the third game came out, and it was a bad time in my life, and I was getting burnt out, but nonetheless I was excited. But the experience was more a sad one than a happy one for me. The game didn't feel right to me, I don't know why but it doesn't belong in my opinion. Then the fourth game came out, and I hated what I was seeing. The game was horrible, but I played it nonetheless. Something in my mind wouldn't let me rest until I had found out everything there was to know about what I thought was the end. When Scott refused to open the box I felt exhausted, and I stayed exhausted. I didn't even play World. When SL came out, it was a refreshing change of pace, and it got me excited for the story again, but with it brought the stress I felt around the third game. I can't handle another game. My nerves are shot and I want it to be over. The horse is dead, stop beating it for god sakes. I'm tired of this shit.

FNAF was best at the first game when it was a relatively simple premise. The more sequels came out the more Scott shitted up the plot with retarded twists and theory bait.

Honestly the first game was the only thing I actually enjoyed. Watching everyone on /v/ come together and figuring it out was an experience. Discovering the boundaries of the game, figuring out how to beat Freddy on Night 6, the rumors of secret animatronics, the feeling of pushing into uncharted territory, the feeling that anything and everything can happen the next moment. It was such an incredible experience because something like FNAF was a fairly original concept at the time and it took a while before it was ruthlessly datamined to shit.

SL wasn't very fun to me. The second game was my favorite. It was hectic, and I felt a sense of accomplishment after beating the challenge nights, unlike the other games. And I never said I thought it was planned from day one. 1 and 5 were the best ones.
1 was the original and used JS properly, not as a horror focus but as a punishment used to generate tension around avoiding.
5 fully embraced the lore aspect that the series had turned to and managed to be a lot higher quality and had some great voice acting, plus the best custom night mode added for free.

Turning Springtrap into Michael, or at least ending it on a cliffhanger with a question about his identity, was a really poor way to end the game, and an even worse way to end the franchise were he to take an extended break from the series.
Night 4 was RNG like the Ennard room, where there's no consistent, skill-based way to get through it. It's mostly trial and error, with some luck. It's difficulty is super out of place, akin to Night 6 being Night 2 of the first game, and needed some better playtesting. The cutscene was the best part of the entire night, unfortunately.

Making Springtrap into Michael and having him speak would compromise the original character for the sake of a dumb twist that only kids would like, going off of the reactions to the idea of Eggstrap. It's an egregious decision on Scott's part to end the game with such a banal twist/question when it was pretty good before, it's like breaking both knees before crossing the finish line.

The rest of the game was good, aside from Night 4. I really don't know what was going on there.
