Where did you even get that from?
It's basically a distilled DayZ PVP: you run around, loot buildings, get gear, shoot people and try to be the last man standing. That's about it.
If you enjoyed manhunts in DayZ, you'll like this game.

I too was against it cause it looked like H1Z1 which was trash and I refunded that. My friends were going on and on about PUBG like they were H1Z1 and I finally tried it out with them and haven't had this much fun since Halo 2 with friends. Being in a squad with friends is unbelievably fun and the singles mode is close to as much fun. There is still work to do like increase the graphics and performance but as of right now I can tell I will get plenty of time out of the $30 I spent. Got 14th my first singles game and 4th the second game.

I think people will start to complain about not being able to pick up binoculars. once you have that, maybe you can do some sort of zoom like you mentioned. I personally don't want that though, it's already third person and you've got scopes.

Never understood the appeal of these types of games. Roblox's apocalypse rising game and unturned does everything these games do better and for free despite being catered to children. My little brother showed me apoc rising and I never turned back.

I first started these type of games in summer of 2012 when the dayz mode for arma 2 was big. that was lots of fun, but man is the playermemes battlegrounds better. far better.

I bought this, refunded it because it was dog shit, then rebought it again after a friend wanted to try it again.

Game is super fucking fun, and easy to meet players to squad with if you just queue squad solo and find someone who can bear your shit personality.
