100% chance the footage isn't gameplay at all, the whole thing is pre-rendered, and in typical Bioware fashion they got lazy with it. The demo didn't even make sense, it started with the player speaking to the NPCs and them reacting but then shifted into pretend party chat.

it's going to look better on a ps4 pro. the gpu in ps4 pro is twice as powerful as a desktop 980ti, and carmack himself has said that consoles manage to draw 4 times more power compared to a PC, meaning it's pretty much a 1080ti SLI in a ps4 pro. compared with the fastest memory in the market and a OS based on linux, you have a powerhouse. Anthem will run 60fps@native 4k on the ps4 pro, mark my words.

This is on Bioware, right? I imagine that Sony asked for footage from the ps4 version and some random intern at Bioware just clumsly edited the xbox video.

Who fucking cares? Anyone who is even remotely hyped for Anthem needs to be put into a mental hospital and lose their right to vote. Bioware announces a new IP that looks like Mass Effect's cooler cousin then 2 weeks later announces ME:A is basically completely abandoned. It doesn't take a genius to put two and two together and realize Anthem is going to be 90% reused assets from ME under a different name to try and escape the bad image the series has right now.

It's theoretically possible. Overclocking a PC is software related as much as hardware related so it Sony was intentionally holding back and installed limits in their software at the beginning, a firmware update could overclock it, or just regular clock it if it was underclocked to begin with.
