Tony Hawk Project 8 wasn't so bad, if too easy (manual under square), but it may be nostalgia. Other then that, GTA Stories (especially Vice City Stories).

Half-Minute Hero is one of my favorite PSP games, check it out if you haven't OP.

I wouldn't do SNES or N64 games on the PSP, none of the emulators work properly.
GBA and PS1 games are about the only ones that work properly on the PSP to my knowledge.

psp emulates psx pretty much perfectly so you can also play any psx games.

also, metal gear ac!d is very fun.

That's all I do at this point myself, still it's kind of comfy to just lie back in bed and watch movies on my PSP (kind of a bitch to convert them from my computer).
Games are much better to get downloaded though since they run much better off the system.

Castlevania: Dracula X Chronicles
Two really fucking good games in one, though personally I just play the PS1 version of SoTN rather than the version in Dracula X, it does have Maria though (albeit different from the saturn version)

Basically. The power ups are in different spots and the bosses actually have personality which makes for a different game. It is hands down the definitive way to play MMX.
