In terms of me playing as each of them in their respective videogames, I'd have to say batman. He has the most freedom of movement in regards to stealth and a wide array of gadgets and skills to boot.
I'd say his biggest competition might be corvo, but batman would just hide out of sight then fucking drop on him.

I know it's memey to say Batman, but I genuinely think Batman's the right answer here. He's the only one out of those characters who actively works alone. The rest often have support characters who help with their plans and overarching goals.

Completely alone, Batman is the best at planning. Some of these characters are great at stealth takedowns, but they mostly amount to working beneath someone else.

But this made me remember his time slowing ability too. According to the wiki corvo can slow time for 12 seconds max, but this would be draining power along with his dark vision. He wouldn't be able to use both for very long unless he had a lot of elixir I guess.
