They literally have 3 people working on it, that's it. They're going to expand that number, but for now it's 3.
All they have to do is translate it and edit the text, while creating only a few new graphics for on screen text. From this point on, there are very few UI changes they'll ever need to do, so that stuff is done.

eh pretty medicore? I'm the kinda guy who will take multiple 4*s of different classes over 5* stuff.

This is a roll I got and I was very happy with it. I have Jeanne. I have Liz Lancer, a 4* Assassin, T Cat which has a decent AoE NP, and I can use my free 4* to pick Emiya for a needed Archer.

I'm not saying rolling Her and Vlad is necessarily bad.... but 2 berserkers and not much else will hinder you more then help. If you say rolled Herc, and 2 other 4*s or a 5* that wasn't another zerker, it would be more usable.

They weren't selling it. Plus that would be illegal.
They were just nearly complete with the translation, but there were still lots of grammatical errors and iffy parts. They got super lazy fine tuning it and refused to release what they had, though their excuse was that the patch didn't work (it did).
So Gamecreator found what they did have and the patch they had, and put it together.

It really pissed off the translation team because then they had to finish it instead of people begging them to constantly.
