there are three options:

1. it never comes out (most likely)
2. it comes out on a gba classic (kinda likely)
3. it comes out on switch VC (unlikely, desu i don't think switch is going to get conventional VC at all)

The nanosecond it's announced, you're going to nitpick every ounce of dialogue compared to the Fan Translation and then complain that it's different/censored/inaccurate.
Just accept it, the Fan Translation is the absolute best you're going to ever get other than learning Moon and playing the original Japanese version.
