VATS is OP and complete bullshit that doesnt belong into a shooter.
Hit registry is still awful.
Enemy movement is awful where they stand still and dont even try to dodge your shots.
Game is buggy as hell even on the newest patch enemies constantly get stuck in the ground, on objects and just stand still if you shoot at them from on top of a hill.
Enemies are either pissweak or bullet sponges.

It's a novel concept so of course it's awful to you, hit registry can be jerky sometimes but it's fine most of it, the enemies do move and dodge your shots with the exception of critters, an enemy did get stuck in the ground once, enemies are fairly balanced most of the time and the only weak enemies you'll encounter are ants and molerats, as for the bullet sponges, deathclaws are supposed to be like that, you know the mini-boss archetype?
