I played it awhile back. Got to level 3 and had to stop bc I got lost, then I kept exploding repeatedly because some meter got low.

It's a piece of shit game but it's an amazing piece of shit game, like a cool B movie, you can see it has soul and thought behind it but it's very badly realized.

The feeling of being overpowered is rarely seen in other games, it's basically crysis with psy powers like telefragging enemies and using a +accuracy implant to make a minigun a death laser. Play it if you can stomach it, read up on shit beforehand it's got some stupid traps (but nothing that will mess up a playthrough or character) and is very unfriendly to beginners.

Why do people always say this about this game? I started a blind playthrough about a week ago and I'm doing fine. I got looped in doing a certain level three times (presumably because I killed the dream guy, once I died nine times and saw him again I was able to progress), but otherwise it's been smooth sailing, and I've done one playthrough and know that doing another one can result in a different ending depending upon my actions.
