Run game on very low for best processing speed, and set your view distance to ultra. When its on ultra textures begin to load while you're still in the lobby, and reduces lag in the actual game.

i5 and 970 here, get 144 fps consistent on very low with ultra texture. You have something set up wrong. Try verifying files and reinstalling and then update your drivers.

I bought this shit on GMG for $20 the other day. I have a 4790k and a gtx 1060 6gb+16gb of ddr3 ram. How fucked am I?
