Anything made by valve prior to polycount contest, I happen to work on the workshop for a living.

Those silhouettes have almost every cosmetic equipped at once. You only have 3 cosmetic slots per class and to make them look that bad you'd need 50.

soldier's got the conch, pyro still has the flamethrower pointed out, and heavy is fat, but that still leaves the last 3 as literal whos. I forgot demo has a peg leg and thought it was engie. Demoknight is fucking cancer.

You can actually do that, too, or at least you used to. The old version of that mod had a file of every hat model as a 0kb file that would overwrite the ingame model. You could pick and choose what stayed.

When TF2 came out the main appeal to me was the inspired art style and personality in the characters. Seeing it ruined like this is an utter travesty. I can't imagine what someone would think if they're picking up TF2 now.
