This advice gets tossed around a lot, but seriously just try taking a break from vidya for a bit. Spend a few weeks (or even months) entertaining yourself with something like reading, watching movies, drawing, or just anything that isn't video games. When you finally come back to vidya you should be able to spend hours playing and having fun again.
