I was you. I did all that. I turned 30 and realized I had a job I hated and games werent fun anymore. So I went to /fit/, looked up a few decent beginner routines and hit the gym. I started buying more clothes, even got me a personal shopper a few times to update my wardrobe. Switched jobs to one I actually enjoy in my field.

Games not being fun was the best thing that ever happened to me.
