I dont think he's using them as titles.

Just using the names as a placeholder for the way the game plays/feels.

So shit like "Rune Souls" would be a mix between Runescape's gameplay and Dark Souls.

To be honest either way it's a shitty idea. He's trying to come up with "original" ideas by taking core mechanics/feels from other games.

I thought you were trying to visualize concepts for gameplay and mechanics based on the games in your chart.

Kind of like
"Wouldn't it be cool if Bioshock was mixed with Skyrim?"

And you'd get ideas on how they would come together in a unique experience.
