>load the amiibo you want in tagmo
>place your nfc tag on the back of your phone
>make sure nfc is enabled
>press write tag auto
done. once you write an amiibo to an nfc tag, you can't overwrite it.

You do wanna make sure your phone is an nfc capable android phone. You can also buy cheap ntag215s in bulk from aliexpress, but you'd have to trust chinks and wait a few weeks for shipping.
