A lot of the assets/art in the PS4 Neptunia game was taken directly from the Vita Re;birth games. So they can make an almost endless amount of games if they wanted to. Also they license out their games to smaller developers, which saves them a lot of money.

I completely disagree. When dealing with realistic character designs, there is a amplified importance in subtleties and color palette. You can't just dress a shmuck up and call it your character. It still needs the detail work or else it's going to look ugly and garish.
