Condemned: Criminal Origins.

It had a phenomenal atmosphere of tension and dread, and every single person who's ever played it will never forget the mannequins.

If you've never played it, it's dirt cheap on Steam right now.

Game was absolutely fantastic with the way the AI evaded you and often managed to *teleports behind you*
The scariness factor dropped a bit when i realised i could just taze everyone and everything that looked like an enemy. Made the Mannequin section way less scary.
Also the scariness factor dropped to 0 in the end.

In recent memory, Afraid of Monsters. Those fuckers move fast.
