Why not just get yourself one? old bikes are cheap and if you live in burgerland u don't need to do anything special to get your permit.

Sleeping dogs has those 90's style bikes but they're just your bog standard bikes that you start off with before you find faster bikes.

Tourist Trophy on PS2 has a great collection of older stuff, but it's purely circuit racing.

Honestly though, you're better off modding GTA IV/V etc, what open world games do contain bikes tend to have a pretty poor selection/it's all new garbage.

The Crew, Midnight Club, Test Drive Unlimited all have bikes, but not necessarily what you're looking for.
