Nothing too special to say about it. We mostly just did word processing stuff on them. Can't remember the word processing program but it might have been Microsoft Works.
Played around with Hypercard a bit.
They booted off floppies and were on a LAN; programs were all loaded from a server on the LAN. Black & white displays.
There was a monochrome laser printer in the lab which was a big deal a the time since laser printers were so expensive.
