Post games that deserved sequels that they never got
Kingpin: Life of Crime

The multiplayer in this game was pretty much a 1v1 moba!
Crazy as I played 100s of hours or it yet I hate modern moba
I spent so many hours playing this game. And MAV is still in development.

the multiplayer needs its own fucking sequel, it was amazing

this game was my very first taste of cyberpunk and I fucking loved it
you could only get a game that glorified cops like this in the 90s though, there'd be outrage if you tried to make one today
>>382076043
>*cough*
Let's just slide a whole shit ton of circa late 90's/early 2000 Lego games in here as well.
>Metal Arms
>Omega Boost
>Silent Bomber
>Ristar
>Burning Rangers
>Dark Messiah of Might and Magic
>God Hand
>Einhander
>Vagrant Story
>The World Ends With You

Was that Judge Dredd movie in 2012 early enough to escape the outrage?
>>382076043
I mean, its close enough right? But yesBLUE BASE UNDER IS ATTACK
MINE, ALL MINE
>>382083081
I remember when /v/ shilled this instead of HollowKnight.
Thank you russia for making my first airplane game ever
>>382083248
Dredd was unknown for the most part due to bad advertising, and dismissed as a ripoff of The Raid by most of those who did see it
>>382076608
Well you broke a 2 year long lurker streak and made me sad, congratulations. What I wouldn't give to have an hd beefed up version of this game.
>>382083793
>and dismissed as a ripoff of The Raid by most of those who did see it
I hardly see how that's relevant.
The point is it's future police with authority to brutally blow bad guys the fuck up, like Future Cop LAPD.

Goddamn, these games were my jam.
I can't count how many hours I put into Chromehounds. I miss it so so much...
Not enough people know about this one.
Since this thread is mostly mech games, I wish Steel Battalion had gotten a proper sequel.
There's Line of Contact, but it was essentially an online multiplayer expansion for the first game released as a standalone game, and because it's online multiplayer only, it can't be played anymore.
Then there's that Kinect abortion.
And that's it. It's depressing.
Fucking cliffhanger endings.
Why were so many great mech games one-offs?
Dropship United Peace Force could use a sequel. Just a nice, Dragon's Dogma-tier bargain bin quality game.

OHSHITNIGGER
This game was the best. I'd kill to play it again.I'd even settle for a remaster.
>>382079227
CH will never get the justice it deserves, unfortunately.
Duo Princess doesn't count.

What did you mean by this?
Rest in piece, old friend
>>382091302
DD felt cheap. It's got a fair amount of issues that could maybe have been solved with more time and money. I love the game to death, but it feels like a game I'd find in a "$10 or less" bin at a WalMart.
>>382091725
I dunno man, it feels a bit sloppy, for sure, but it doesn't feel like a budget game in the slightest to me.
>>382090259
my nigga
this is still by far my favorite game for all time.
i hope square will remaster it so more people can get to know about this great game.
