It's ok. The courtyard is the largest dungeon yet. Only issue is you need an invitation to get in each time. You're allies dying by the curse is bullshit if you can't get in to the courtyard to cure it.

Curious about this too. Last I heard it mostly just adds a weird new class, a very scripted dungeon that is way harder than it is supposed to be, and some town monuments that eat up all your crests and shit so you can't actually build most of them without just delaying winning the game.

Dunno how its been changed with patches since release though.

DLC goes from beginner dungeons to (mostly) champion dungeons.

The gimmick in the DLC is that most of its dungeons are absolutely colossal, I'm talking 4 straight hours of playing to complete one. If you leave, however, you don't get penalties and you restart at the same point where you left off. To counter this, you need to get "invitations" to actually play these dungeons.
