The nes classic mini shipped with approximately 300MB internal storage - which luckily was enough to fit over 700 NES ROMS on it.
Why roughly 300MB? Because at this point it would probably cost Nintendo MORE to put in LESS storage.
Also the snes classic mini has only 21 games - which a very odd number.
There is no sd-card slot so you can forget having your entire library on that thing.

Rare is iffy. It depends on who "Owns" the license for any given game made by Rare for the N64.
Donkey Kong 64 and Diddy Kong Racing are almost assuredly on the table since Nintendo no doubt went over those contracts with a fine toothed comb to make sure their properties would always be their properties. The fact that they can keep rereleasing Donkey Kong Country (And we never see it appear on Xbox consoles) is proof of that.

Jet Force Gemini and Conker's Bad Furday are published by Rare, not Nintendo, and are guaranteed off the table. Banjo-Kazooie is probably off as well, even though Nintendo published them.
Everything else is a case by case basis.
Goldeneye especially is a colossal mess since there's multiple parties who can lay some kind of claim to it.
Nintendo has a claim.
Rare (And Microsoft) have a claim.
MGM have a claim.
The Felming estate probably have some claim to it.
And then you'd need to get a bunch of lawyers from each of them in a room to discuss who has the right to use it.

Won't work. We didn't get any Nintendo products up until gamecube era, except for hardware clones of NES and SNES called Pegasus (picrel) that came with 100-in-one cartridges. So you could say the original NES classic, just with more games and not licensed by NIntendo.

The N brand became recognizable after DS craze started, and even now I see dozens of unsold neon Switches, that are pretty fairly priced. For Europe region that is. Nintendo is pretty much nonexistent in Poland.

The mockup on Nintendo's website pretty clearly show that the North American controllers aren't going to be the actual NA SNES controllers, rather, they're just repainted JP/EU controllers. That is, unless Nintendo ends up changing their mind prior to production.
