P5 exceeded my expectations.

Metroid Prime 4 and Samus Returns. Metroid is my favourite video game licence, when you think about it, HALF my life not a single 2D Metroid were release and almost a third of my life, a real Metroid title at all (Implying Other shit counts)

And if you mean pure joy and entertainment: a few days ago, I decided to play F-zero GX and Metroid Prime for the first time in ten years. I forgot how fun video games used to be. I had the biggest smile while playing F-zero GX, this game really unique and super fun at the same time.

PSO was fun in the first 6 months or so meeting new gamers and no problems at all with them, until the hackers started to fuck things up making characters to reset and corrupted.
If it wasn't for the guild system and private rooms, I would probably have stop playing PSO pretty soon, at least Online. Still it was pretty hard to trust others from that point and making friends in there to play in private rooms. Then there were others that didn't like much how some could hack the game to get special mags, like sega console mags something that I didn't mind to have since I always had multiple mags and those sega consoles mags looked pretty good.

By coincidence, it was the Christmas that my dad bought me a Nintendo 64 with Goldeneye. I'd been asking for one all year.

He pulled a trick on me, had me open the game first. When I got all excited, he feigned shock and told that he'd picked up the wrong game, that he'd meant to grab a SNES game instead.

When I opened the N64, he laughed and patted me on the back, telling me "Merry Christmas". We laughed and then he helped me set it up. Even watched me play for a few hours straight despite the fact that he never really cared for video games beyond the original Super Mario Bros.
