Anyone else get the feeling when playing this game that it feels too slow and sluggish? Like the button presses aren't quick enough?
Does this change on Black or Sigma?
Am I just playing it wrong?

not really true, from experience with ~200 PS2 games, most came with an NTSC 60Hz mode.
i assume it was similar on Xbox.
most of the time you get to pick and test before the game starts.
