$3 Microsoft rubberdome keyboard. Meanwhile retards are paying $100+ meme mechanical keyboard that break after half a year of use only to get fucked by people who are simply better.

Canyon Hazard. It's not mechanical, but I don't care. For the price, I'm very happy with it. The build is solid to.

My G710 shit the bed a week ago, so i ended up ordering a board with knockoff switches.

It's surprisingly fucking good.

Surprisingly good for a £30 chinkshit mech keyboard

Kahlils are mostly the same as Cherry, either that or I'm not autistic enough to notice

I'll probably replace it with a Filco or HHK when it dies and I have more money

Corsair K70 With Ducky Blues.
Just picked it because of the comfy layout, utility and blues.
>>
I don't see the appeal. I spent a few hundred $$ trying out different mechanical keyboards and switches and I'm not convinced that it's anything more than people liking that shitty "click" feeling

From my experience my 9$ logitech k120 is more responsive and easier to use, I would never touch my mechs again
>>
>>382000781

Depends on the quality of the keycap/the method used to imprint them

If it's just a label/paint then yeah I guess LEDs might wear out faster but it won't make a noticeable difference

>>382001268

It's a matter of preference, I won't pretend that having a mechanical makes you better at gaming or anything, but I couldn't go back to membrane after 7 years of mechanical

Steelseries 6gv2

Was on sale when I needed instantly a new keyboard. Pretty sturdy and heavy, seems like it would survive a nuclear war. Love the black cherries and it's boringness.

Next one will be probably be a Pok3r or some other 60% keyboard. I need more space on my table, since I use the big Wacom tablets.
>>
I use a stock Dell SK-8115 that came with a Dell pre-built I purchased in 2004. I no longer have the pre-built, but the keyboard is based as fuck and I've never had an issue with it.

Plus I'm not some hipster trash who needs to hear a typewriter when using a computer, and I know how to touch type and I'm not black, so I don't need LEDs.

Ducky Zero with browns. Nice and basic mechanical, gets the job done. No fancy RGB, just a backlight.

I wish compact keyboards were more popular. The cheapest ones are either made by apple or microsoft, and then the mechanical ones cost 15x as much. I could get a tkl or 75% for 30 bucks, but I use my numpad for work

I use a Nighthawk X8 with browns. Also just recently picked up a Geezer with blues at a store that sells Amazon returns for $30, identical to pic related. I spent a while trying to decide which I prefer between browns and blues and ended up sticking with browns in the end, but it's still nice to have the option of switching.

The same store also had a 10-keyless Tesoro with blues for $15. It was at that moment that I realized there is literally no reason to ever go back to rubberdomes, because even fucking rubberdomes are more than $15.

K95 rgb red switches. Bought on 2015. Still in good condition except the screw for the extended wrist pad is broken. Nowadays I don't even bother to turn on the lighting anymore

I use a Rosewill RK-9000V2 in cherry brown. Love it except for one flaw: it isn't recognized in the BIOS. When I reboot I have to unplug and replug it for it to work. I've scoured the internet and can't solve this issue.

Brown switches with o rings in the keys are pretty quiet. Research a little.

Stop using gaymer keyboards since razer and corsair make them louder on purpose. You can get mechanical keyboards that are even quieter then rubber domes. If you did get a razer keyboard then dont wory you can get a clip that lowers the sound by 10 decibles
