And COD WWII is a game who's biggest innovation, is that it removes the only innovation COD has had for the past 10 years, which is the increased mobility of jetpacks and wallrunning.

The game is built around paying = winning.
Considering that, on top of the loot box scam, it has paid DLC, the season pass, and the premium skins that you have to pay for and aren't in loot boxes, I'd rather stare at a wall than get one of these DLC platforms.

As a guy who likes shooters all around, I'd say Cod is like a Michael Bay movie, fun to play thorugh the nice and easy campaign. Battlefield is much better at multiplayer experience and I prefer it to Cod. I don't mind both, I also play Insurgency and Day of Infamy to scratch the hardcore itch.
