It's a fun game... I really enjoy it. But my issue with metroidvania style games is that i always end up getting lost and are not being able to sigure out where i have not been yet. I ofently end up just running back and forward across the map for hours finding the right path sometimes.

Your assumption is true in that scenario as well. I frequently get lost when driving in new areas etc. I can't believe that people were able to function without a GPS back in the days only relaying on a real map, road signs and good memory like garbage men and mailmen.
It's more about not remembering if i needed an ability or not to pass the areas in this case tho. So i end up going back to check.

Been really enjoying this game since I picked it up on sale. Just fought Hornet at Greenpath and her theme music is awesome.

I think it's really good atm. They really managed to capture the atmosphere in this game with good music, characters and good world design. The bosses and also quite interesting and sometimes even a challenge.

#1 Combining bloodstains with platforming gauntlets is horseshit.

#2 Unlocking the pardoner wastes a ton of resources, and testing to figure out what the pardoner does wastes even more resources.

Worst parts about the game are the parts where it's pretending to be a souls game.
