There's no good racing games on PS4
If you want good racing games you'll need either a PS2 for Burnout 3 and Midnight Club 3, or a PS3 for Burnout Paradise and Midnight Club LA.

If you're stuck with PC you'll have to settle for the NFS Underground to Prostreet games. You can get Midnight Club 2 on PC which is really good but not as deep as MC3 and LA.

Those are your only options for fun arcade racers, sadly.
