Man, Vanillaware does vidya stories just right. They don't get in the way but are interesting enough that you actually care about the characters. They always manage to put a smile on my face.

Dragon's Crown can be great but you have to play it with friends.
Otherwise it can be boring, yeah.

I love 2d sidescrollers and Vanillaware done some amazing art for their games.

Not buying a Vita or Ps3 for it though. Hell I'd be happy with a PS4 port at least.
