So I'm going through Nocturne (first smt game) blindly and have some weird attachment to the pixie (now high pixie) that first joined your party at the hospital. I can fuse every other demon with no problem but can't with her. I just don't want to get rid of her for some reason

If you're really autistic about keeping her, you can fuse her with Mitamas to boost her stats while keeping her.

Also, there's a special area of the Fifth Kalpa that will reward you if you keep track what demon pixie fused into. I think you definitely want to do that.

Because due to the power of observation YHVH was turned into a demon no longer on the throne he once was? In the end to Steven Bonds or anarchy didn't make a difference to him in the end since the same thing was accomplished with kicking YHVH off of his throne into the same tar pits all the other gods crawl in instead of just throwing him on the floor for a minute and calling it a day like Aleph did. The difference in what happened to the throne only really mattered to Nanashi and not in the long run since Steven didn't really care who to the throne. The whole reason the great will even sent two messiahs after his ass was because it was tired of his shit once and for all and wanted him to be taken down for good. At the end of the day in both Bonds and Anarchy he is no longer as big of a problem as he was before.
