Every one of Overwatch's new heroes has been broken, either bordering on non-functional or completely batshit overpowered.

Ana was like that for over half a year, Sombra is still like that, Orisa is certainly still like that.

Compare this to the characters they made by copying TF2 and you realize Activision literally cannot produce a good original idea. Everything which they don't plagiarize is a failure.

Overwatch is a fun game if you disable tanks and make ultimates generate 3x-4x as slow (so that there's only one ultimate per person per round unless you're playing like a god and generating ton of ult meter)

I know because I do GM games with these settings with my friends. The game is no longer two balls of tanks flying at each other and pressing Q, it's about headshots and movement.

If you want something to complain about, they came into the pro/top 500 discord and asked for advice on balance issues and that's the only reason they ended up nerfing ana's grenade to 50%. They have absolutely no idea how to balance the game besides being told by the pro community, who by the way, they very rarely listen to. The only reason we aren't playing 4 tanks right now is because everyone in that discord spammed them to death about it, and it still barely got fixed.
