As far as i know i never brought more than 10 per year when i was younger and need even less now since i am more like a casual.

But I have the white one, which is 8 GB. EIGHT FUCKING GIGABYTES. Smash U and Xenoblade X won't even fit on there, I've gone through 3 hard drives and constantly have to shuffle things around in the memory every time I get a new game for it.

Mario Kart is an 8/10. Zelda was bad, not gonna bother rating it because people will go mental. Looking forward to Splatoon 2 (although I didn't play the first) and will likely get Mario Odyssey
(but it looks a bit too big for my liking). I also want to pick up ARMS, but don't care about the others. So yes, it's the best console lineup I can remember. It's gonna be my favourite console of the last 2 gens if it keeps this form up.
