About to start kotor 2, how should I build? What classes should I pick?
Thinking about going jedi knight -> sith lord, or is cross-classing stupid?

I think cross classing is a good idea, you can cover your weak sides with it.
I'm currently playing sentinel-weapon master.
Do I get to keep the force jump from guardian?
Or any of the class bonuses when I change to the advanced ones?
>>381766803
Yep, you keep everything.
Start by uninstalling it and then installing kotor 1 because it is superior in every way
inb4 a bunch of you's from neo-/v/ hivemind pseuds

They're both good. And I'm not even obsidian fanboy.

The game is stupid easy, no matter what you do. If you want an especially easy time, just go Dark Side and spam Force Lightning.

The game mechanics in 2 are much better, but the story is inferior to 1's.
However, 2 has my favorite character, G0-T0, so I will always prefer it.
Sith consular.
Always Sith consular.

Don't thread yourself, idiot, it's embarrassing.

I do want to end up as Sith Lord, but should I start with jedi consular or is it better to start as jedi guardian?
>>381765725
Anything is viable.
Go with what you feel like.
>>381765725
Depends on what character you want to play as - consulars have force powers that are harder to resist, sentinels get immunity to shit like stun and guardians get force jump ability.
I went consular/assassin the last time I played the game.
>>381765725
play neutral and dont level up at all, go get Mira with first planet and then go evil, turning her into a sith

Make sure you're playing with the Restoration (not M4-78 though).
