Faction Wars not actually fixes alot that bullshit.
It's actually pretty cool once the shit works and NPCs actually hold positions.

yeah but faction wars completely eliminates the story
im looking for mods to balance it since it's the only game i just give up instead of finishing
it's like if they took all the tedious elements from SHOC, maximized them by 200% and built a game around them
