What the fuck happened? Where's my Jetstream Sam and Sundowner action figures? Did Konami refused to do any merchandising of them because they were characters not created by Konami like Raiden was and they were too Jewish to pay PlatinumGames any loyalties they might owe?
They made action figures for almost every named character in MGSV and most of them which are barely in the game. MGSV Ocelot got an action figure and he was just a glorified radio contact in the game.

Look at the numbers sold for MG:R then look at the numbers for GZ, TPP, and MGSV. There is your answer.
