Inti Creates developed Mighty No 9 though, just as they made this. The simple answer is that they can make good low budget 2D sidescrollers and struggle with a 4 million dollar 2.5d sidescroller made in Unreal Engine 3

The main stages were pretty tight
Finding hidden items and customizing the way you shoot was pretty good and satisfying
Tip: Reflect 3 + Piercing Beta literally breaks the game and makes bosses melt
I was loving it all until that meme infested shitty final boss, it sadly ruined the entire game for me and I hope Inti Creates goes Bankrupt
