I want Bardock in and I don't want SSJ on him. I just want good old fashioned saiyan monkey beat down from him. His level 3/5 would ideal if it turned him into an angry great ape that mouth beamed everything. My ideal Bardock would play like a rushdown character with a fireball in the form of Riot Javelin and a command throw resembling what he did to Chilled. Finally his Level 3 or 5 ultra would be the great ape. Fusion Zamasu boss battle should be I-No/U. Hazama/Missing Link Justice levels of hard
He should be perfectly capable of surviving stage destruction and when he does he gets Ky Kisske's "hair down" thing except he goes apeshit with different AI and modified speed/damage.

As a normal character he should start with the halo (preferably with the manga body as a reference but anime posture) and he goes unstable if stage destruction kicks in while he's in timeout

They did it with BlazBlue multiple times. There's an Astral Heat that transforms the characters into younger versions of themselves, they did it for the whole cast. KOF 3v3 teams work best when your #1 is the well rounded guy who is good at building meter and #3 is the powerhouse who uses all of that meter.

Pretty much the skill involved is synergy. One of the best parts of 3v3 assist games like Marvel and Skullgirls is you pick characters based on the synergy of their assists with the rest of the team. For example, Cell's assist is an incoming rapid fire attack where the opponent must block it. With that, you can force the opponent to block the assist while you cross them up and open them for a combo. In Marvel this is taken to extremes, like you hit them with an assist theyre forced to block but while theyre blocking you hit them with a slow unblockable move that you couldnt possibly hit them with unless theyre standing still; or using Morrigans meter boost assist to boost your meter to save up for a Dark Phoenix that requires 5 meters to pull off. I don't have a hateboner for them. Just a normal one. My concern is that they're very new and there isn't much source material for them. The base roster was probably already set before the game even premiered and Kale and Caulifla have only been characters for less than a year. The problem also lies in what they've shown and what the devs can pull from the create movesets. Kale is just Broly (female) and Caulifla has demonstrated her incredible abilities of Super Saiyan and that's it. If we're gonna have any Broly I'd rather have the real deal and Caulifla just doesn't have any moves to work with right now. If they get more screen time and some fleshed out fighting style I'd be more than okay with them getting in. Hell, Xenoverse 3 is probably gonna have them.

No it's like hitscan in an FPS. The purpose is to give both players a fair chance to compete. Hitscan weapons hit the target objects instantaeously, so accordingly, if you miss, there is no chance of the bullets rambling around and hitting the enemy later.

Hitstop is like that wherein the hit streaks reflect what is going on in the fight, if you attack someone and the hit is successful, the hitstop will alert you that it was successful so there is a chance of continuing the combo.
