Security weapons, stealth and mobility.
Also the wrench is pretty amazing for sneak crits and saving ammo.
Mobility is a game changer as it makes you run fast like doomguy and jump high.

Psychoshock is the only typhon ability you need. Regen's pretty good too.

I've only used the "turn into a cup" power in my human playthrough.
But there seems to be a lot of powerful stuff so I guess it's worth it.
