Is battlefield 1 better than other battlefields?
I'm looking at picking it up, just wanted some input. Hardline Ultimate Edition is only $18 right now and I really enjoyed it when it was first out.
But BF1 does look good, is it worth $25 more than Hardline?

BF1 is better than Hardline and Bad Company games, worse than every other Battlefield.

If you tend to like BF then you'll like this m8. I only casually play the series every now and again and I'd say it's a bit better than what DICE was doing with BF 3 and 4.
I am a massive battlefield fanboi, i purchased all the games post bf2, some being on two platforms,
>i didnt buy battlefield hardline
>id rather play hardline then bf1
saw the trailer didnt like the look
played the beta and hated it
see you on the battlefield...5

Hardline is dead on every system. the most populated system for it is PS4 and that still has a sub 5k player peak. BF1 isn't as good as 4 but it's still a fine game. The community is the worst of all of them, most players are former CoD players who will never EVER throw down ammo/health no matter how much you beg, they only pick those classes for the weapons and not to contribute to the team.

It's worse. The maps are too open and poorly made, like most battlefields, only a few guns are useful, hit registration is off, there's times where u shoot at someone and have my bullets miss even when they shouldn't have, vehicles are OP more so than usual, pretty laggy when you're in doors, crouching/laying down/vaulting.
Would bf4 be a good option still?
