What archetype class do you usually stick with in vidya and why?

I'll play an archer whenever I can if a hunter type is not there its a dick ass thief everytime.

STRONK TANKY MANLY PUNCHY CHARGING NO FUCKS GIVEN MOTHERFUCKER. SOMETIMES WITH WEAPONS.

It depends on the game. If it's an mmo I usually start with a tank class and then go into healing for a second char. When I was younger I enjoyed playing DPS the most but the longer I played the more pissed I got at tanks being too fucking slow or healer feeling too special to heal people who eat some stuff that they could've dodged.

Stealth Archer, it's the natural progression of character in games that require long journey and survival ability. You may have started off with sword&board, but as you get low on HP and ran out of potions, you decided to try that bow you picked up off bandit corpse. It's so damn better so you decided to put points in stats and skills that help Archery. And after a while you became stealth archer.
