I don't mind if the PC version of MH World will be shit. At least I'll another reason to buy a PS4 beside Persona 5.

I'm not sure about the Switch now though. It's a huge upgrade for my 3DS but it might not be a main platform for MH anymore.

Dunno, todays' PC gamers are retards so they'll do it nonetheless. PSO was also heavily hacked even though it was a co-op only experience.

I'm sure they'll find a way to get the best gear fully upgraded and perhaps some way of corrupting your data/safe file just for fun. Or hack your room and get you banned for it. There's a lot of shit that can be done.
