I would've said Gravity Rush Remastered but I think it's expensive due to rarity. I haven't played 2 so I can't judge it. InFamous Second Son is OK if you get it cheap. Yakuza 0 gets constant praise here although it's better if you play the series in release order. There's a remake of 1 (Kiwami) out soon but I'm unsure if it's good (I know they changed the soundtrack for the worse but don't know what else)
