Get the underground bunker mod if you like having a collection of all items, it has an armory which has a wall with slots for every weapon, and it has stuff for DLC too

If you have jsawyer ultimate, you can turn on the ability to sprint in the options menu.
If you want more, open the console and type in player.setav speedmult 130, for example, to run 30% faster.
