I'm thinking of getting it. Just the basic version, I'd only want Ibuki and Kolin anyway, which I hear are basically free since it dumps fight money on you, enough to buy 5 characters or so at least. I figure a "super" version won't come out until next year anyway.

I enjoyed the ps4 version and want to buy it on pc for the mods and better performance, because the ps4 version had shit internet lag as well as long load times and frame drops.

The only thing stopping me from getting the pc version is that I'm worrying capcom will cuck me and re-release the game with all of the dlc soon

Either you stuck with the game for some reason, or you moved on to more interesting games. Its just that simple. There are anons who could give a better explanation, but if you're interested in fighters as a whole, you'll try something else and realize that its more fun. I won't tell you to buy another fighter instead, but do look into anything else if you are truly interested in a fun fighting game.
In short, its incredibly basic and bland, but that's just how I felt.
