They did specify one of the issues was their patch was too big as listed in guidelines they should have been following. If they had released the game with online instead of getting it out early, they wouldn't be having this problem now.

Third parties will never give a shit about the weakest system when there's 3 more powerful ones. They could either neglect PS4, Xbox and PC for a switch exclusive or tailor multiplats for the switch watering down the whole game for everyone.
