The combat is just literally a 3D representation of dungeons and dragons. I think its over rated because despite having great mechanics and choices and stuff exploring the mohave, aka the meat of the game, is boring as hell because of how the world is structured. Good mechanics dont matter if theres no fun way to put them to use

Morrowind was pretty shit compared to Daggerfall

Fallout 3 is a masterpiece. A truly unforgettable experience, just like all Elder Scrolls games. New Vegas is basically a professional mod.

You can improve a lot more stuff in New Vegas with mods IMO. I never found a mod that let me stomach Morrowind's combat.
