Businesses are facing 100's of CB each month, they are still using Paypal just fine. Just don't use funds you receive straight away, let them sit on your PP account for 45 days~, in case of a CB case, PP is going to temporarily freeze the incriminated funds until the case is closed and that's it.

What Paypal don't like is when people receive donations, cash out (spend the money and/or wire it to bank account) and then end up with negative balance when the CB occurs. Protip: it's the very same for businesses taking any form of electronic payments or checks.

It's not PayPal exclusive thing - all major credit card providers deal in chargebacks, and a lot of them are bullshit.

the only difference is that a big business has an accounting staff, or at least a person, who is paid to deal with it, and an account with a balance big enough to eat the fees. But small businesses, especially run by a single person (which is what streamers are, btw) are not necessarily so lucky.
