ITT: The entire vidya industry crashed and burned a decade ago. Every single developer, publisher and producer declared bankruptcy. The indie market was completely abandoned.
Nobody has produced a single new video games for 10 years. The entire consumer market and fanbase has been forced to fast.
A small group of people who remember the golden age arise from the ashes.
These men remember the time before the for-profit business model, focus-group appeal and demographic pandering with public beta releases, day 1 patches and on-disc dlc.
These men intend to resurrect the vidya industry and return it to its former glory.
However, before they do so they decide to draft a Charter, a Code by which anybody who ever wishes to make a video game will have to abide by to ensure that the mistakes of the past will never be repeated.
