Well you have a few options, but if you refuse to invest in a good water cooler then

>Buy an actual fan, like not a computer fan but an actual fan
>point it at your computer case
>turn the fan on and leave it on pointed and locked in the direction of your computer case

also make sure you got good airflow going on in your case, like you have one fan pulling the air in and another pushing the air out, not both pulling in and not both blowing out etc.

but the fan trick should work
